How is everything packaged?
All items come in trays with lids, ready to be heated and served.
 
How many people does each tray serve?
Each tray serves 6 standard servings or 4 very large servings.
 
How do we heat the food?
You will be provided with detailed heating instructions, but it is as simple as warming with or without a lid until heated through. Detailed instructions will be included in every order.
 
When is pickup?
Pickup is on Christmas Eve from 11 AM to 1 PM.
If you need a different pickup time, please message us in advance to see if we can confirm an alternate arrangement.
 
Do you offer delivery?
We do not offer delivery for Christmas pickup orders, but you are welcome to reach out. In some cases we are able to accommodate depending on staffing and timing.
 
What if I do not pick up my order on time?
Because our team spends the entire week preparing these meals and needs to leave to celebrate with their own families, any orders not picked up by 1 PM on Christmas Eve will be donated. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and respect for our team’s time.
 
Do you offer discounts?
Receive 10 percent off when you purchase 3 items or more, and 15 percent off when you purchase 5 items or more.
 
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Orders canceled by December 21 will receive a full refund.
Orders canceled after December 21 are non-refundable, as ingredients and labor are secured in advance.
