PiANTA is my number-one go-to restaurant in Rhode Island —so when my family planned a reunion, this eatery was, naturally, my very first choice to cater it. To my complete delight, Michelle is not only talented, but she's also incredibly easy to work with—kind, thoughtful, and a stellar communicator. She was instrumental with menu planning (with my specific needs in mind), and the result was delectable! The food was a total hit with everybody—vegans and non-vegans alike. It was so well received that for the next two days, my family had a group text thread devoted to how incredible the leftover Penne Alla Vodka and Roasted Root Vegetables were (I'm so glad we ordered more than we needed!). It was deeply satisfying food—expertly prepared, stunningly presented, and richly layered with pops of flavor that are the result of a true next-level chef. As a long-time animal rights advocate and plant-based food enthusiast, I’m so happy and proud to see this dynamic addition to our vegan community; it's a real game-changer. I can't possibly recommend PiANTA enough.
