THANKSGIVING PICKUP INFORMATION
Thanksgiving order pickup will take place on Wednesday, November 25 from 1:00 PM–4:00 PM.
We are so appreciative of everyone who chooses PiANTA to be part of their Thanksgiving table, and because this is one of our highest-volume production days of the year, we do need to keep pickup very organized so we can make the experience smooth for everyone.
Please plan to pick up your order during the 1:00 PM–4:00 PM pickup window. Although the restaurant may be open later that evening, Thanksgiving orders will not automatically be held for later pickup.
If you believe you may need to pick up outside of this window, please contact us in advance. We are always happy to see what may be possible, but alternate pickup times are not guaranteed and must be specifically approved by our team ahead of time based on our production and storage capacity.
If an order has not been picked up by 4:00 PM and we have not made a prior approved arrangement with you, the order will be donated and will not be eligible for a refund. We truly appreciate your understanding of this policy, as we unfortunately cannot hold unclaimed Thanksgiving orders indefinitely during such a busy holiday service.

Orders may close earlier if we reach production capacity.
PACKAGING & REHEATING
All Thanksgiving selections will be packaged cold in labeled half-size catering trays and ready to refrigerate and reheat at home.
Each order will also include a printed reheating guide with instructions for preparing your items for Thanksgiving Day.
